The Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals or GHS is an international system of classifying and reporting chemical hazards.
Implementation
In the United States, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a proposed rule to modify the Hazard Communication Standard on September 30, 2009.[1]
