Zen Ervin is a man who spent his life as a foundation director. He identified sources of funding for a large hospital in Western New York and over two decades built a large endowment and community good will. At the same time he persued his interest in the American West. His travels take him to some of the most remote areas and cowboy camps in the arid South West.
