The recent explosion, although it was not too severe, has unfortunately put us in the spotlight. Although the issues mainly involve aspects of safety rather than the environment, our image has been tarnished by headlines like "toxic fumes over town" and sensational descriptions of our feedstocks. Therefore I'd like us to accelerate our plans for making the company "greener," so that the community can understand that we are a caring and responsible company. We need to formulate our plans within a few weeks, rather than over several months as we originally planned.

We will hold an online meeting at at 2:00-3:00pm on Wednesday, February 27th. If you cannot attend at this time, please let me know ASAP. I've asked Bob to join us, because we will need his R&D/chemistry expertise, and at our last meeting we talked a lot about how R&D could help us become a greener company.
