Welcome to WikiChem! This wiki has been set up to develop and test out ideas for using wikis in chemistry. Access is at present limited to specific invited users, but if it seems appropriate it may develop beyond this once the testing phase is complete. Current projects include:

• Storage of files for the chemistry validation efforts on Wikipedia. The files can be found at Category:Chembox validation.
• Students can access the NMR workshop for the Chemistry 341 laboratory.
• Chemistry 395, an online course on sustainable manufacturing, was taught on the wiki during Spring 2008.
• Students taking Chemistry 342 (Organic Chemistry II) can access information on their poster projects.
• Students taking Chemistry 444 (Advanced Organic Chemistry) have uploaded their poster information.
• Periodically, training workshops are held on this wiki. If you are attending a workshop, please go to the start of the tutorial.

If people want to contact you directly, they will leave a message on your personal user talk page, and you will receive notice of any new messages when you log on.
