  • Email your topic for the term paper to Dr. Walker, if you haven't yet done so.
  • Post comments on discussion 7, due midnight Thursday.
  • Work on your case presentation (first draft due Thursday).
  • Start work on problem set 4, due Friday.

Thursday, July 25th

  • Read Unit 8, on mining & chemicals
  • Read chapters 3 & 7 of Hill, on mining, chemicals and materials.
  • Read the Reading from C&E News (taken from the June 25, 2012 issue).
  • Email your topic for the term paper to Dr. Walker, if you haven't yet done so.
  • Post comments on discussion 7, on renewable energy in the North Country.
  • Work on your case presentation (first draft due today by midnight) and send your draft to Dr. Walker for feedback.
  • Work on assigned problem set 4, due by midnight tomorrow.
  • The evening group should attend discussion 9 at 7pm-8pm this evening.

Friday, July 26th

  • Read Unit 9, on forestry, food & agriculture
  • Read chapters 8 of Hill, on forestry
  • Finish assigned problem set 4, due by midnight tonight.
  • Email your topic for the term paper to Dr. Walker, if you haven't yet done so.
  • Post comments on discussion 7, on renewable energy in the North Country.
  • Work on your final draft of your case presentation once you get feedback on your draft back from Dr. Walker.
  • The afternoon group should attend discussion 9 at 2pm-3pm this afternoon.
